Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do for tired eyes from working too long on the computer?
We will test for eye strain related to near point work. e.g computer devices or studying.
We prescribe spectacles with blue light control lenses which absorb the blue light from going in to your eye.
Please discuss with us what else can be done.
Can I wear contact lenses when playing sport?
Soft and hard contact lenses can (and should) be worn while playing sports – with the exception of water sports.
This is a large part of what contact lenses are designed for.
